Find Your Voice

Find Your Voice is a singing class that exercises the voice, lungs, and brain. People with Parkinson’s often develop problems with their speech, and singing can help increase the volume and range of the voice, as well as improving articulation, breathing, and posture. Classes start with a vocal and mental warm-up, followed by the singing of well-known songs from different eras and musical genres.
