Tracey can provide confidential one-to-one information and signpost people to local services. She can also give you assistance in completing forms, if you need it.

Parkinson’s UK have a huge range of free booklets, DVDs and fact sheets about all aspects of Parkinson’s. These cover a huge range of topics related to Parkinson’s, and many are available in a number of languages. Paper copies can be ordered by calling 0845 121 2354 or by emailing them at email@example.com. You can also download them directly at www.parkinsons.org.uk/publications. Some are also available at our monthly meetings.

Expert nurses and helpline staff can provide impartial information about all aspects of Parkinson’s, including the taking of medications and claiming benefits. You can call them for free from Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, and on Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
