Interested in volunteering for us?

Our branch is run entirely by volunteers, without which the branch could not operate, so we’re very grateful for the time and skills people so generously give.

Volunteering can help you learn new skills, gain experience and sometimes even qualifications. Through volunteering you can challenge yourself to try something different, achieve personal goals, practice using your skills and discover hidden talents.

We are currently looking for:

Website & Social Media Assistant

We are continually updating the website and sometimes update our social media as well. We are looking for someone to help with this to keep our members up to date on news and events. 

If you have experience with social media (Twitter, Facebook) and MS Word, then we would value your help.  

Audio Visual Support

We are looking for someone to help at our branch meetings once a month and set up the audio visual equipment – such as webcam, PA system, slide presentations and Zoom meetings. If you have a reasonable knowledge of webcams, streaming and online meetings, then this role would suit you.

Branch meetings are usually held on Thursday afternoons.
